The manual process requires a microbeam that runs throughout the baby and a small flat spot on the head where the silicone is filled. Both are qualitative elements, because we basically cast into two-part molds.

Each of our fully silicone children is hand-turned in a hand-made form. This is why there may be small "microscopic silicon bubbles" on the skin. These can be easily removed by thorough washing and plucking with tweezers.
